Welcome to Yavel Construction & Roofing thank you for taking the time to review our credentials. Yavel Construction was founded in 2005 by Levay Smith and his wife Rini Smith. As the son of a Masonary Contractor Donald Smith, Levay learned at an early age the importance of integrity and quality work. Ater working many years in his fathers family business, Levay went on to accentuate his construction experience by graduating from The University of Cincinnati and later earning a Masters Degree from The University of Miami.
What We Do
What sets Yavel apart from other Construction Management firms is its dedicated staff and its organizational structure that promotes a “hands-on” team environment. Unlike many construction management companies, Yavel believes that the people who estimate the project in the early stages should stay with the project through construction and closeout. They are a key part of our project management team.
